Recently, I have seen many inquiries from customers and learned about their needs. Based on their products, I strongly recommend that you consider digital printing machines that use water-based CMYK inks first.

1. It has the following advantages:

2. Our company's product advantages:

①　The nozzles we use are brand new industrial nozzles. They have a longer lifespan than the A3 and A4 nozzles commonly used in the market, with better printing effects and are more suitable for industrial production. Since we have sufficient confidence in the quality of our nozzles, we provide our customers with a warranty on the nozzles, which many of our peers cannot do.

②　We support customized production and can customize according to the specific needs of customers.

③　Our control boards are independently developed by our own engineers who spent a lot of time and money. We have full confidence in our products. However, many of our peers just buy ready-made solutions and are unable to do much technically.

④　Our digital printing presses include:

3. Water-based ink includes two types: dye and pigment. Dye is not waterproof, while pigment is waterproof. Our equipment supports both types of ink. Moreover, our ink is developed by ourselves and manufactured by Canon of Japan. The colors are brighter and richer. There are no similar products on the market. Our ink is also environmentally friendly and harmless to people.

4. About our company's product line. It is mainly determined by two parts:

①　Print width:

The maximum printing width of one of our print heads is 12.9cm. The number of print heads can be determined based on the different printing widths required by customers. For example, if the printing width of the product is 30cm, then three print heads are required: 3*12.9cm=38.7cm.

②　Paper feed width:

The paper feed width is the maximum width of the belt, that is, how big the product is. For example, if the width of the product is 60cm, then you must choose a belt width greater than 60cm. Common sizes in our company are: 55cm, 80cm, 140cm, 180cm. These are reflected in the product information we sent you before. According to the printing width and the paper feed width, we can know the specific model required by the customer, and then we can get a specific quotation.

5.UV digital printing machine.

Its disadvantages are that it is too expensive and the technology is not mature yet. For the same printing width and paper feed width, the price of UV digital printing machine is several times or even more than 10 times that of water-based digital printing machine, and it is not environmentally friendly.

We found another solution, which is to add an ink-absorbing coating on the surface of materials such as BOPP/PP/PE. The cost increase is not much, so that water-based digital printing machines can be used for printing. And the effect is also quite good. However, the cost of the machine will be greatly reduced.
